The final determination of medical suitability for donation is made by qualified medical professionals at the time of your death, in strict accordance with the protocols established under the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act (THOTA), 1994, and the guidelines of the National Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation (NOTTO).

C. Family Consent:
